I've done crossfit for several years but I am more motivated than ever to see what I can accomplish. For me, it's not about losing weight, gaining muscle or being healthy. I love the community and overcoming obstacles. It's a mental challenge. Never say never! You train to take the necessary steps to achieve more skilled moments by making obtainable goals. Handstands? Box jumps? Kipping? I knew it was possible because of the training and support of my coaches and fellow athletes... and my sheer dedication and passion for learning. Looking forward to learning kipping pull ups and consistent double unders in the year 2021!
