My athletic background is that of a gymnast. I lifted weights while involved w/bodybuilding & fitness competitions. Dabbled in fitness modeling in California. I was a stuntwoman at Six Flags over Texas. My role in the Batman Stunt show was that of CATWOMAN. I also worked as a stunt woman abroad in Germany at Warner Bros. Movie World. After 7 years of just running to stay in shape, I found Crossfit. It was like completely starting all over again!!! I literally jumped into the deep end...meaning I became involved in several competitions early in my journey. Nothing like "learning technique" in the middle of a competition Wod :) That is my personality...Get in there/Get involved and figure things out!!! I have made GREAT progress and feel VERY BLESSED!!!
