I'm a country music national recording artist who is a former two sport big ten athlete. I'm having a blast in life and wanted to compete again at a higher level. I've always lived a healthy way of life and felt the deep desire to compete again at a higher level. Ive never once trained or competed in cross fit and am Looking forward to starting this awesome journey of pushing myself to my limits and putting my best up against others. I have a lot to learn about proper form but I'm a quick study and some of the techniques go back to my days as a competitive athlete.
