hello i am a veteran of the queens lancashire regiment and after leving the forces took up truck driving and my weight and fitness declined i tried going to the gym solo but failed. i then saw crossfit and liked the idea of someone teaching me the skills and basically giving me a programme to follow. ive been doing this now around six months and have lost 2 stone in wieght by attending regualr classes and watching what i eat. i feel stronger and fitter than i have done for a long time thats all thanks to crossfit delta fox. this is my first games i want to see what i can do and better myself for the next one.
