Above all and most importantly I am a Professional Father to two wonderful sons and Husband to my beautiful wife. They and the rest of my family are what keep me going in life. I currently have no greater joy then when my entire family is at our BOX, while my wife crushing a WOD and our two Sons yelling for her over my coaching. I am Thankful for the opportunity to have my children being raised in such a healthy environment and learning so early about the value of great health and fitness.
