I am an English guy living in Australia who fell in love with Crossfit after trying, and failing to get fit and exercise for many years. I've been a member of my local box for a couple of years and always shied away from the open due to fear of looking ridiculous. I am now over the fear and accept that I may look ridiculous but I will have achieved something I would have written off previously. Also, to be able to suffer and survive with friends will be hella fun!
