I am Brazilian, I am 44 years old, I am an accountant, I practiced crossfit for 2 years and it was where I found my physical and mental health. I like the training, I always feel challenged but I still have a lot to overcome as the resistance. I have a lot to develop in the technical part, especially in weight lifting. In the gymnastics part, because of an injury and being overweight, I could not develop much, but my goal for 2019, and get MU, perfect or almost and also HSW, which is already in progress.
