I'm 27 years old I've never done any sports or really anything athletic ever. This is a big step for me because I've never stepped into a gym before. The work outs are challenging but the people at cross fit make it an encouraging and fun atmosphere. Knowing that everyone is there on different levels or even different body types and no one make you feel like your not good enough. or that you should feel intimidated really makes working out a positive experience. Cross fit has given me hope and confidence to know I can do it, but most importantly with God on my side no one can stop me!
