So after 5 years of cross fitting and just starting to feel the competitive edge my severely arthritic knee stops me in my tracks! So now my motto is to keep moving, stay off the couch and to stay pain free. Upper body movements are fine but any squatting and box jump's play havoc with the knee. Scaling and alternative options are what I'm about and I will keep moving!
