I am a wife and stay at home mom of 3. I started my crossfit journey in August of 2017 and immediately fell in love. Prior to crossfit I struggled to maintain any type of fitness regimen, always reluctant to commit and easily distracted. I've struggled with Oseocondritis Dissecans (joint disorder) since I was a teen and always had hesitation and fear when it came to anything that would put stress on my joints. Since starting crossfit I've learned how to push past limitations and fears in a healthy & safe way and have shown myself what I'm actually capable of. You can now find me at the box 5 days a week doing things I had never dreamed possible.
