Well a bit about me... Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes 2 years ago, i began a journey to find myself again... I faced depression, anxiety and other things I used to believe were made up diseases and all in your head. Then I found my answer when I opened a small boutique gym. Training clients used to be a hobby, but quickly became a passion of mine. Seeing those weight loss results, and the happiness people become, just fueled my desire. Now I'm attempting the open, just to see where I fall in the ranks.
