I am constantly inspired by the people in the Crossfit community, not the winners but by all the rest who work tirelessly competing against themselves and pushing themselves to the limit to just be better people. Crossfit is about community and better community by starting with ourselves and encouraging others along the way. Thanks to my Box owner, Andrew, for encouraging me to look past the pressure of performance to see this and to register.
