Sayaka Harrah
Sayaka started CrossFit in 2014 as a member of Nouba CrossFit in Ecuador and after her first WOD, she knew she found something very special. She moved to Los Ángeles, California and earned her Level 1 Training Certificate in 2017, her Level 2 training certificate in 2019 and has been coaching CrossFit classes for the last 3 years. She currently completed the Fire Academy to become a Firefighter, teaching classes in CrossFit Riverside and pursuing her Gymnastics and Olympic Weightlifting certificates. Her passions are coaching her students to new gains and bettering their lives through nutrition and fitness, she loves sharing her passion for CrossFit and being able to help other achieve their goals. she has a constant desire to improve her own training as well as others. Sayaka has many years of experience in the athletic field, she coached Bootcamp, Dance and bodyworks, worked with all populations including elite athletes, obese children, pregnant women, and seniors; also taught Cycling, Kickbox and she does some Rock Climbing training as a hobby. When Sayaka is not training, she works as a Fitness Model and Professional Actress, projecting though her image a responsible nutrition and healthy life style, working along with companies that promote good choices, active lifestyle and respect to the ecosystem. She has a supportive husband who works in health and a beautiful daughter. They are her motivation to encourage her dreams and keep improving herself to learn more about this amazing wold of fitness and human body mechanics.
