Current GM for an idustry leading service provider. I am a former collegiate soccer player and mutli-sport athlete in high school. I miss the spirit of competition and the "just don't quit" mentality. I want to be an example for my wife and two sons. I want them to see you can do anything you put your mind to. I want them to see that you don't quit no matter what. I don't go to a crossfit affiliate gym, but I do crossfit style workouts at Pro27 Bossier City. I am a first time open participant.
