I am very excited and grateful for the blessing of competing for a second time in a CrossFit Game! I first and foremost thank our higher power, Jesus Christ, thru him all things are possible. My biggest fan and supporter is my husband, Randy Barnes. I have been blessed to have 2 amazing coaches, Jonathan Jorgensen and Ben Green. These 2 amazing guys believed in me! Hats off to Jonathan for his amazingly blessed programming. Ben Green has been my calm in the storms. My daughter Gabrieal and my Grandson Gabe are my babies who totally believe in me and have given up so much of our quality time to allow me to train. My friends and peeps at the box have also been there to support me. I am all about doing my best, making you all proud. Go CrossFit gamers, see ya in Carson!!!
