I was a former Division I collegiate athlete, and after having kids wanted to get back into shape and lifting when I discovered CrossFit. Our box is awesome - Crofton Cross Fit has the best people, coaches, and is a family who all support one another. I've loved getting back into shape, building my strength, and making new (fit!) friends.
