I was one of those people that didn't know anything about Crossfit, who laughed at those videos going around of fails and spoofs. Joined a 6-week challenge at Crossfit GSP and I'm getting hooked. At 34 years old, I've found a new challenge that relies on how hard I push myself, with no dependence on the performance of others like in a team sport. 2017 will be on all-out training blitz. Goal is to make some noise in 2018. Special thanks to Darren Simpson for taking the one-on-one time to go through everything with me, and Juan Taco for continuously pushing and challenging me.
