How to watch the 18.2 live announcement.

Open Workout 18.2 will be announced today! Starting at 5 p.m. PT on Thursday, March 1, Director of the CrossFit Games Dave Castro will announce this week's Open workout. Shortly after the announcement, CrossFit athletes will compete head-to-head to set the scores to beat for the week’s challenge. Read more here to find out who will be appearing where for the remainder of the weeks in the Open.

The live announcement of 18.2 will be streamed right here on Games.CrossFit.com, and you can also watch on the CrossFit Games Facebook page (details below). Tune in at 4:45 p.m. PT to catch the pre-show each week, and be ready for the live announcement at 5. After the competition, don’t miss workout tips from Director of Training and Certification Nicole Carroll, and be sure to catch the Cool Down Show, where you’ll hear from the week’s athletes, Castro and the fans.
