Flinchum and Fraser close out the Open with a win.

Open Workout 19.5 called for 105 thrusters and 105 chest-to-bar pull-ups, divided into a descending ladder. The time cap was 20 minutes. McKenzie Flinchum and Mathew Fraser didn’t need half of that.

Flinchum, a member of the 2018 Demo Team that finished sixth at the 2018 Atlantic Regional, posted a time of 7:14. Her attempt secured first overall and US$2,019 for 19.5. She currently sits in 17th overall in the Open, an improvement over her 24th-place finish last year and 343rd the year prior.
