Final CrossFit Team Series Events Released

Burpee box jumps, squat cleans, chest-to-bar pull-ups, double-unders, front squats, push presses and snatches will test the competitors in the final round of the CrossFit Team Series.

The CrossFit Team Series has reached the final competition. Over the next four days, teams will take on the following four events.


Rx Event 9 
Complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

Each athlete performs as a relay:
9 burpee box jumps, 20 inches
9 squat cleans, 155/105 lb.

Then, each athlete performs as a relay:
12 burpee box jumps, 20 inches
12 squat cleans, 155/105 lb.

Then, each athlete performs as a relay:
15 burpee box jumps, 20 inches
15 squat cleans, 155/105 lb.

Etc., adding 3 reps to each exercise each round.

Rx Event 10 
Max reps chest-to-bar pull-ups

Rx Event 11 
For time:
100 double-unders each, as a relay
100 front squats total, 115 / 75 lb.
100 push presses total, 115 / 75 lb.

75 double-unders each, as a relay
75 front squats total, 115 / 75 lb.
75 push presses total, 115 / 75 lb.

50 double-unders each, as a relay
50 front squats total, 115 / 75 lb.
50 push presses total, 115 / 75 lb.

Rx Event 12
Men complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
135-lb. snatches, 20 reps
155-lb. snatches, 20 reps
185-lb. snatches, 20 reps
205-lb. snatches, 20 reps
225-lb. snatches, 20 reps
245-lb. snatches, max reps

Then the women complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
95-lb. snatches, 20 reps
105-lb. snatches, 20 reps
125-lb. snatches, 20 reps
135-lb. snatches, 20 reps
145-lb. snatches, 20 reps
155-lb. snatches, max reps


Scores are due before 5 p.m. PT on Monday, Oct. 13.

Before performing the events, go to the Team Series website to learn the full movement and video submission standards, scaling for the Scaled and Masters Divisions, and metric conversions for the weights and heights.

Help ensure your teammates follow each workout to the letter by using the official scorecards available on TeamSeries.CrossFit.com. (The scorecards are available at the bottom of each event description page.) The scorecards reflect the scaling for each of the three divisions.

Three-way tie?

This weekend is the final push for the top teams. The $150,000 prize purse will soon be divvied up to the top 10 teams in the Rx Division.

There’s a mere 2-point spread between the top three teams, which means there’s a possibility that we could have a three-way tie for first if Rogue Fitness Black wins the final competition, Rogue Fitness Red takes second, and Team Reebok East takes third.

As in the CrossFit Games, the tie will be broken based on event finishes. The team with the best event finishes will win, and the others will drop to second and third.

Unless things change in the final competition, Rogue Fitness Red will be the strongest heading into a tiebreaker with three event wins already under its belt. Team Reebok East is the next strongest.

This means in the case of a three-way tie for first, Rogue Fitness Black will win the Team Series only if it also accumulated at least two event wins along the way.

Updated Oct. 10: The original draft stated 20 reps at 155 lb. for the women in Rx Event 12. It is in fact max reps at the final women's weight. Please consult the Team Series website for the official details on all of the events.
