Event 3, three times, three lifts ...

Fun Facts About the Total:

The CrossFit Total has been programmed for the CrossFit Games on three separate occasions: 2007, 2018, and 2020.

Each time the CrossFit Total was a Games event, it was programmed as Event 3.  

The CrossFit Total consists of three lifts: shoulder press, back squat, deadlift.

Athletes get three attempts at each lift.

This year, athletes will get three minutes of rest between their three lifts.
