CrossFit is proud to announce a new partnership with Levels, a pioneer in metabolic health improvement. Both organizations are united by a shared mission: to inspire optimal health, extend longevity, and combat chronic disease at scale. Not only is this the first time CrossFit is partnering with a metabolic health tracker, but this is also Levels first national partnership with a fitness brand.
CrossFit’s proven prescription for nutrition—“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar”—is foundational to metabolic health. Now, with Levels’ innovative platform, which helps people understand their health–through glucose monitoring, comprehensive lab testing, 1-on-1 dietitian support, and AI-powered food logging, CrossFit athletes and coaches can better understand how nutrition and lifestyle choices impact performance, recovery, and long-term health.
"Since its inception, CrossFit has empowered millions of individuals to own their health outcomes through our measurable approach to fitness and nutrition,” said Nicole Carroll, CrossFit’s Chief Brand Officer. "A partnership with Levels is a natural extension of our shared commitment to data-driven self-knowledge and health education."
The partnership launches with a focus on affiliate education and engagement:
- Affiliate owners will receive access to the Levels platform, complete with educational materials, member dashboards, and coaching frameworks — empowering them to integrate science-backed metabolic health programs that drive measurable results and engagement.
- Levels will be featured at the 2025 CrossFit Owners & Coaches Conference, where gym owners and trainers can interact with the Levels team, learn about the science of metabolic health improvement, and explore tools to enhance member results.
- Affiliate owners will receive exclusive access to Levels memberships, Labs, CGMs, and expert dietitian support, plus hands-on training in metabolic health and habit tracking — empowering them to extend these same benefits to their gym members.
“This partnership reflects a deep alignment in values,” said Josh Clemente, President and Co-founder at Levels, “We’re honored to support the CrossFit mission by providing tools that help individuals personalize and optimize their metabolic health journeys.”
Together, CrossFit and Levels aim to empower the community with the knowledge and tools to make better-informed decisions, improve metabolic health, and achieve peak performance—inside and outside the gym.
