Event 1
For time:
The athlete flips a tire 75 meters
Runs back to starting point
Carry a log one way
Flip the tire back to the start point
Return the log past the start cone
Log must remain above shoulder at all times.
Event 2
5 Rounds for time:
5 / 2 Muscle-ups
10 Power Cleans (135 lbs. / 85 lbs.)
200m Run – around a barrier.
Event 3
For Time:
20 barbell shoulder to overhead (185 lbs. / 115 lbs.)
40 burpees
7 minute cap
Event 4
For Time:
1000 meter row
30 Overhead squats (135 lbs. / 95 lbs.)
1200 meter run
