2010 CrossFit Games Central East Regional Events
Event 1
5-4-3-2-1 Reps for time:
Muscle-ups
Barbell complex (115 lbs. / 65 lbs.)
Complex includes – Power clean, front squat, overhead, back squat, overhead – All movements will have clear completion.
Event 2
For time:
Approx. 5K trail run with very large hill and sandbags.
Event 3
In 10 minutes:
Establish a 1-rep max deadlift – Each athlete will have a bar and an infinite supply of plates.
Event 4
For time:
50 Box Jumps (24" / 20")
40 Kettlebell Overhead Swings (24 kg. / 16 kg.)
30 Burpees with jump over sand bag
20 Sand Bag Cleans from ground to front squat (40 lbs. / 20 lbs.)
10 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead (65 lbs. / 40 lbs.)
20 Sand Bag Cleans from ground to front squat (40 lbs. / 20 lbs.)
30 Burpees with jump over sand bag
40 Kettlebell Overhead Swings (24 kg. / 16 kg.)
50 Box Jumps (24" / 20")
