2025 Age-Group Semifinals Workouts Released

All five workouts for the 2025 Age-Group In-Affiliate Semifinals have been released on the CrossFit Games website.

VIEW WORKOUTS

Score submission will open Thursday, April 3, at 12 p.m. PT. Age-group athletes will have until Sunday, April 6, at 5 p.m. PT to complete all five workouts and submit their scores. 

Remember, athletes MUST:

• Complete the competition at an affiliate in good standing, with an established Head Judge AND
• Use a second, registered floor judge during each workout.
• Both judges MUST have the following credentials:
  • Current L1/OL1 certificate (or higher)
  • 2025 Judges Course
  • Advanced Judges Course
• At the time of score submission, athletes MUST submit the names of TWO judges:
  • The Head Judge of the affiliate where the workout was performed
  • The Floor Judge who judged the athlete directly
• All Semifinals score submissions MUST be accompanied by a publicly viewable YouTube video.
