Teams, get ready to race under the lights! Team Event 6 is The Farrington 5, a 5x400-m relay.

Thirty of the fittest affiliate teams from around the world will compete for the Affiliate Cup championship. The 2024 CrossFit Games will mark the 18th year of worldwide competition, bringing the world’s most elite athletes to Fort Worth, Texas, to crown the Fittest on Earth from Aug. 8-11, 2024.
