Athletes Over 70, We Want YOU to Join the Open

Are you over 70? Join other 70+ athletes competing in the 2024 CrossFit Open!
Currently, 70+ is not an official division in the Open, BUT you can still have fun and compete against others in your age group. A custom leaderboard is available for all 70+ athletes.

To join this leaderboard, just add the hashtag #Over70 to your competition dashboard to join your fellow masters and see how you stack up. You can also create your own custom leaderboards based on any age range.
To access your competition dashboard, visit Games.CrossFit and click “login” at the top right corner. Once you are logged in, click on your profile image and you will see a drop-down menu that has a button for your competition dashboard. Then scroll down to the section “Your #Hashtag Leaderboards” and add the hashtag #Over70 in the “Add Your Own Hashtag” box.

70+ Division at the Masters CrossFit Games
New this year, the Legends is trialing a division for 70+ athletes, exclusively at the Masters CrossFit Games. Since 70+ is not currently an official division in the CrossFit Open, invitations will be sent to the top 10 men and women in the 65+ division aged 70+ based on Quarterfinals performances, provided they did not advance to the Games in the 65+ division by the cut-off dates.
The Masters CrossFit Games by Legends will take place from Aug. 29-Sep. 1, 2024, at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Center in Birmingham, Alabama.
Craving More Competition?
The Legends Championship will take place from December 12-15, 2024, in Tempe, Arizona.
For athletes who do not qualify for the Masters CrossFit Games, the Legends Championship provides another opportunity for masters athletes to compete at a high level. This competition is also open to the 2024 CrossFit Games masters athletes.
Athletes can qualify for the Legends Championship first through the 2024 CrossFit Open then through an online qualifier. Additionally, the top athletes from the Masters CrossFit Games will receive an invitation to compete at this competition.
