Games Central 02.17: Coaching Firepower, Masters Reign
Welcome to the second episode of Games Central, the all new weekly news series that will cover the current events in the CrossFit Games world.
In this episode, CrossFit Games commentator Sean Woodland covers the return of four-time Games champion Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr to competition, and identifies who might have what it takes to challenge her for the top spot on the podium in 2021. We'll also learn about some top women contenders from around the world, and what changes perennial Games athlete Sara Sigmundsdottir has made for the 2021 season.
Later, Woodland catches up with four-time Games athlete Annie Sakamoto to reveal some big shifts happening in the masters competition in 2021.
