The CrossFit Games offseason is packed full of licensed CrossFit competitions.

For the second year in a row, teenage athletes will have a chance to scratch their competitive itch at the Elite Teen Throwdown, Sept. 3-5 in Three Rivers, Michigan.

Co-owners and organizers Brock and Autumn Yost describe the event’s beginnings and share their reasons for providing teens with this high-level competition experience.
