The time has come! It’s Day 1 of the 2021 CrossFit German Throwdown.

The top five men and women will advance to the Games. Check out Jonne Koski, Lukas Esslinger, Elliot Simmonds, Giorgos Karavis, Lazar Dukic, and Joshua Al-Chamaa as they take on “Friendly Fran.”

Then, Katrin Davidsdottir, Samantha Briggs, Kristin Holte, Jacqueline Dahlstrom, Emma Tall, and Matilde Garnes go head-to-head in Event 1.
