Lee Keyrouz of South Africa took first place worldwide in Test 4 of the 2021 Individual Quarterfinal. Keyrouz successfully hit 315 lb. (~142.9 kg) for a 4-rep-max front squat. She attempted to lift 326 lb. (~147.9 kg) but failed on her fourth rep.

Keyrouz is a cancer survivor and bodybuilder, and she holds three national records in powerlifting.
