“I’m here with really two main focuses,” Sager says. “[I’m here] to maximize and enjoy every experience. From every event, to conversations with volunteers and judges and pictures with fans, any interactions with people, I want to maximize those experiences to their fullest,” he explains.

Second, he says, “I’m here to be a light. I’m doing this because I want to impact a life. I want to encourage people and I want people to be able to see me competing and feel how capable they are of something.”
