FBP CrossFit offers session based workouts, coaching extensions, competition training and accredited weightlifting. Our sessions utilise the CrossFit methodology - Constantly varied, functional movements preformed at a high intensity¬Ě by increasing your work capacity across broad time and modal domains¬Ě. There are elements of track and field, gymnastics, and weightlifting that are combined in short intense workouts to maximise results for any individual. But most importantly CrossFit uses movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting. And best of all, "every session is different", that means your body will not get used to the same stimulus and we keep your body constantly challenged forcing it to adapt to the tasks at hand
