Overview

The 2021 Virtual Games give you an opportunity to test yourself across a series of workouts that run parallel to the events in the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games.

This new, multiple-workout challenge is for any and all who want to test their fitness and see where they measure up against peers across the globe. Need to scale? You are welcome to complete each workout as prescribed or modify as needed.

All registrants will receive an exclusive event T-shirt, with those who post scores for every workout receiving the designation "Virtually a Games athlete."

Registration opens July 8, 2021. Scores must be submitted no later than Aug. 3, 2021, at 12 p.m. PDT.

Competition Details

Competition Dates:

Start date/time: On or before Wednesday, July 28, at 12 p.m. PT

End date/time: Tuesday, Aug. 3, at 12 p.m. PT

Workouts will be released in similar time frames as the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games events.

Start date/time: Thursday, July 8, at 12 p.m. PT

End date/time: Tuesday, Aug. 3, at 12 p.m. PT

Divisions:

Men

Women 

Age groups consistent with the Open (Teen, Open, and Masters)

Please enter the division that represents your age as of 7/14/2021. 

Workout Types: 

The workouts are only programmed as Rx’d.

There are no special versions for teens and/or 55+ masters.

Athletes can modify workouts as appropriate for them and will appear on the scoreboard below the Rx’d submissions.

Price:

US$50, plus applicable taxes

Athletes will receive a code via email to redeem their T-shirt from WIT at the conclusion of the competition.

5,000-m row

Time cap: 25 min.

Notes
Begin this workout seated on the rower. After “3, 2, 1 … go,” begin rowing. Your score will be the total time taken to complete the 5,000-meter distance.

For max load:
5-rep-max deadlift
Time frame: 20 min.

Notes
This workout begins with the barbell on the floor. You will have 20 minutes to establish a 5-rep-max deadlift. Your score will be the load of your heaviest successfully completed set, recorded in lb.
