All events

The 2021 Virtual Games give you an opportunity to test yourself across a series of workouts that run parallel to the events in the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games.

This new, multiple-workout challenge is for any and all who want to test their fitness and see where they measure up against peers across the globe. Need to scale? You are welcome to complete each workout as prescribed or modify as needed.

All registrants will receive an exclusive event T-shirt, with those who post scores for every workout receiving the designation "Virtually a Games athlete."

Registration opens July 8, 2021. Scores must be submitted no later than Aug. 3, 2021, at 12 p.m. PDT.

Competition Dates:

Start date/time: On or before Wednesday, July 28, at 12 p.m. PT

End date/time: Tuesday, Aug. 3, at 12 p.m. PT

Workouts will be released in similar time frames as the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games events.

Please enter the division that represents your age as of 7/14/2021. 

Workout Types: 

The workouts are only programmed as Rx’d.

There are no special versions for teens and/or 55+ masters.

Athletes can modify workouts as appropriate for them and will appear on the scoreboard below the Rx’d submissions.

Price:

US$50, plus applicable taxes

Athletes will receive a code via email to redeem their T-shirt from WIT at the conclusion of the competition.

This workout begins with the barbell on the floor. You will have 20 minutes to establish a 5-rep-max deadlift. Your score will be the load of your heaviest successfully completed set, recorded in lb.

This workout begins with the barbell on the floor and the athlete standing tall. After “3, 2, 1 … go,” begin with 10 thrusters followed by 10 wall walks. Continue this sequence for 9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2 and 1 rep of each movement. Your score will be the total time taken to complete the event.

After “3, 2, 1 … go,” run 200 meters, clean the first weight, add weight to the bar, and then start the next round. Continue in this fashion, increasing the load on the barbell each round. Your score will be the total time taken to complete the event. You may have a friend load the barbell between cleans or set up multiple bars.

After completing the fifth rope climb, work back through the double-unders, handstand walks, and sumo deadlift high pulls. Time stops when you have completed the final sumo deadlift high pull. Your score will be the total time taken to complete the event.

Establish a 1-rep-max snatch by following the protocol below.

Notes

Beginning at approximately 80% of your 1-rep-max, complete 1 snatch. After every successful lift, add 5 lb., resting no more than 2 minutes between attempts. Continue in this fashion until you can no longer successfully complete the lift. Your score will be the heaviest successful weight lifted.
