I am a 43 yr old mother of 2 that played high school sports and still coach basketball today. I love the game, love the competitiveness and I love working with kids and seeing the end result of hard work paying off. Which is exactly what crossfit brings you work hard and get to compete with people your own age and see the results. I love the camaraderie and the fun. I love how you are always learning a new exercise and how it makes you do things you wouldn't normally do or that your good at. I love the fact that if you have to scale the workout you are still part of the group.
