Former Founder and Owner of CrossFit Geo. After 10 years of running the affiliate, I sold the Box in 2021 and now run an independent Fitness and Outdoor Adventure business called "Journey Strong" which is based on the South Coast of NSW. As a Masters athlete, my goal is to continue training so that I can pursue activities and hobbies outside of the gym setting, with the occasional dipping of the toe into CrossFit comps. I am currently affiliated with CrossFit Huey in Ulladulla.
