I have been doing crossfit on and off for a little over year and half. I just started back at crossfit bending iron a few weeks ago. I have a complete new mind set and am ready to fully start my journey. I have a medical condition called POTS that doesnt let me do somethings without almost passing out, but with proper diet and getting back into shape i am hoping to improve the condition. So, for example instead of burpees, i do mountain climbers or rowing. Mostly rowing, which is ok cause i like the rower. But i am looking forward to my journey and improving myself everyday.
