Born and raised in Oklahoma. Played little league and high school sports. Became a police officer at age 21 with the Norman Police Department where I was on the SWAT team and involved with several other facets of the department. Koda Crossfit Norman became a huge part of my life and ultimately led me to partnering with Koda in opening Koda CrossFit Iron View in Lafayette Colorado where I currently live. Happily Married. No kids. My life motto is “live the dream” and try to follow it daily.
