I am a proud wife of 28 years to a wonderful man, we have 2 boys, 26 and 23, 2 beautiful daughters in laws and a beautiful granddaughter! I have had some ups and downs in my fitness journey and am finally back on the right track after about 100 lb gain, of which I'm down 34 of those. CF is so empowering and it makes me feel strong regardless of my weight or size. My box is amazing and has the most helpful, encouraging and kind coaches and members. I'm scared to do this but can't wait to compare it to next year!
