My name is Mary Rattay and I am a former competitive Irish dancer turned fitness junkie. I love to exercise and learn new skills. After being introduced to olympic lifting and crossfire in August, it has changed my body and mind in ways that I couldn't have imagined. I am stronger, faster, leaner, and in the best shape of my life. My mobility has increased and I can't wait to see what doors this competition opens for me. I am competitive by nature and love to be the strongest in the room. With this first Crossfit Open, I fully intend to learn and challenge myself.
