Troy Hitt is a Co-Founder for one of the fastest growing companies in the highly competitive industry of Social Media Marketing. His multi million dollar company services thousands of clients around the United Sates annually and achieved the rank of consumer voted #1 in Texas four consecutive years from 2010-2014 before being awarded as the consumer voted #1 in America. Prior to his success in the business community, Troy served his country in the United States Air Force. During his service he tapped into the courage and discipline necessary to becoming a successful entrepreneur. Serving as an Air Force recruiter during his last few years of service he was given the tools to build, sell and market a business. That’s right, the U.S. Government invested 3 million dollars in formally training him in sales and marketing. The investment truly showed a return. He consistently doubled and tripled national goals. Those efforts gained him recognition by the Air Force as a top performer amongst his peers. Enthusiastic about his new skill set, Troy entered the private sector with his eyes wide open. He sought out business opportunities and improved several businesses generating millions in revenue. The success of his businesses got him noticed. This recognition resulted in a multi-million dollar transaction for the sell of several businesses. Troy was then able to focus on his true passion of growing strong communities through improving small business and the way it’s done. Taking a hands-on approach by revealing systems and processes that work. Consulting from multiple businesses and industries around the nation, Troy serves on two Boards of Directors, appeared on several expert panels and a key note speaker for his Fantastic Five follow up system. Troy’s systemized approach to building a wildly successful business starts with a good foundation. Staying fit as a competitive CrossFit athlete while staying true to the service of his country and the freedom those continue to provide. Troy is active supporting Navy Seals Foundation, Wounded Warriors and many more military causes. Happily married with 4 children provides the boost he needs to start everyday. The balance of a stable home and having a spouse who truly is his number one fan allow him to share the tools and experiences gathered from his successes and failures.
