I'm an Air Force reservist who loves CrossFit. In no way am I an elite athlete but I like to challenge myself & see how far I can push my limits. It brings be great pleasure to see how far from where I've come from first starting, double understand, pull-ups, and any pr's. My biggest motivation is to be able to help someone who is brand new & to take that look of intimidation or fear out of their eyes and to help them to realize their potential. This sport has something for everyone.
