Hello My name is Jose Rodriguez and I'm new to crossfit. Currently on my 5th month and I've learned to love the sport. I'm a father of two, currently in the IT field full time and a volunteer Worship Pastor at my local church. Looking forward being stretched from my comfort zone and having fun while at it.
