I competitively competed in Judo as a kid and won the National Open when I was 8 years old, Wrestled in high school, competed in Jiu Jitsu before I found CrossFit and practiced Thai Boxing. Other than that I have always been active in many sports or activities on my own. Never really became highly competitive till I found CrossFit. Since I have made two North Central Regional appearances in my first two years in CrossFit. I'm very blessed to have the wonderful people around me that have supported and pushed me to where I am from friends, family, coaches, sponsors Box Star, CrossFit North Wall and all of my CrossFit family. I thank and love them all. It's in individual competition but, most definitely have an amazing team behind me
