I am martial artist who embraced the crossFit journey one year ago. Despite many old injuries, a busy schedule, and a very active job in the fitness industry, involving most of the time my physical skills, starting CrossFit has brought me to the next level and helped me to be in the best shape of my life, without counting on the fact that i met extraordinary people among the CF community. I am not a competitor, but i like to challenge myself, especially while surrounded by like-minded people. I do not feel ready to compete in CrossFit, but in the end, it is the journey which matter, not the result . And The Open 2017 seems to be the next step of my journey.
