H im Kevin grindell im 35, married dad of an 9 month old boy. I work as a Quantity Surveyor in the Construction industry which I love! I started Crossfit around 6 months ago but I havent attended classes as consistnetly as i would of liked. However, new year = goals and regsitering for the games is huge motiviation to take it more seriously. I love the Box I have joined and the coaches, people who support and encourage you to perform at your best.
