I'm a web developer in Phoenix Arizona. Originally I'm from Ohio and went to The Ohio State University, and later worked for them as a web developer. Little did I know I was working right down the street from the Rogue Gym/HQ. And that in a few years I'd know what that meant, and how cool that was. I started CrossFit with my wife Sara to get in shape for our wedding. We thought we'd just do it to get in shape then quit once we got married. That hasn't happened yet. I compete because I like the way I feel after a WOD. Even if it kicked my ass I always feel like I accomplished something positive.
