Braden Muller is a upcoming high school senior and is from Chesapeake, Virginia. He moved to Chesapeake in 2016 to a neighborhood located less than a mile from CrossFit Krypton. Braden has played Lacrosse for the past six years and has been the high school starting goalie for three. He joined Krypton in 2016 as a way to get in shape for the upcoming Lacrosse season. After a few short months he found is passion and love for the sport. In the spring and fall season he also works as a youth lacrosse referee. Reading is a struggle for Braden, he was diagnosed with dyslexia at the age of 7. His disability has taught him to work very hard at something that for others comes easy. This profound work ethic has been the source of his greatest accomplishments. CrossFit Krypton's superb coaching staff and Braden's grit and determination, has lead him to this amazing opportunity to compete at the 2019 CrossFit Games!
