I had been heavily influenced by the sports and fitness industry for many years but with no clear purpose or goals. I discovered crossfit in the summer of 2016 and with the variety that the sport offers, it immediately became a massively important part of my life. Crossfit drives me to forge the fittest version of myself possible within a first-class environment and passionate community. I do crossfit for that priceless feeling when you collapse to the floor at the end of a WOD satisfied in the knowledge that between the buzzers, you gave life everything you had to give!
