Relocated back to Pakistan, where I am lucky enough to be a member of Pakistans only Crossfit box, or well first at least from what I can surmise. Our coach is a young dedicated individual, who brings his passion for Crossfit in every WOD he plans for us. The camaraderie is what makes it so much fun for all of us. Splitting my time between Sydney and Karachi, I am doubly lucky to be part of another great Crossfit box in Sydney, Crossfit2010. It embodies the spirit of what Crossfit really is, where each athelete lifts the other one up, to be better that what they can be. The support provided there is invaluable.
